What is the minimum investment?+
The minimum investment is PKR 5 Lac down payment for 1 Kanal plot (total price PKR 20 Lac). You then pay PKR 41,667/month for 36 months, or get 10% off with full cash payment.
Can I pay off installments early?+
Yes! Early full payment earns you a 10% discount on the total price. No prepayment penalties whatsoever.
What happens after 36 installments?+
Full legal ownership is transferred via Registry Intaqal. Your land is 100% yours with complete documentation.
Is there a guaranteed return?+
We do not guarantee fixed returns as they depend on crop yields and market prices. This is real agriculture. However, the 60% revenue share from actual production is a transparent, Shariah compliant model.

Legal & Ownership
What is Registry Intaqal?+
Registry Intaqal is full legal transfer of land ownership through Pakistan's official land registration system. Your name is entered in the land records from day one. No joint ownership, no societies. Direct ownership.
Is the land free from disputes?+
Yes. The land is green agricultural land, fully cleared from all departments: revenue department, irrigation department, and local authorities. No loans, no encumbrances, no disputes.
Can a woman or overseas Pakistani invest?+
Yes. Any Pakistani national can invest, including women and overseas Pakistanis. Ownership documentation is processed normally through Pakistani land registry.

Farming & Management
Who manages the farm after I invest?+
Our professional agriculture team manages your plot for the first 2.5 years at zero cost. This includes plantation, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting, and processing.
Can I visit my plot anytime?+
Yes. Investors have full access Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Sunday visits are by prior appointment. We encourage regular visits.
What happens after 2.5 years of free management?+
Your project enters auto mode. Trees are mature and maintenance costs drop by 70%. You can manage independently or continue with our optional paid services.

How pure is the cold pressed oil?+
100% pure. Cold pressed without heat or chemicals. Every batch is tested by an independent lab and we provide full certificates showing nutritional profiles and purity verification.
Which oils do you produce?+
Sunflower, Canola, Flaxseed, Mustard, and Sesame oils. All cold pressed on site from crops grown on your land.

Process & Returns
How is my revenue share calculated?+
All products from your plot are sold through our channels. Revenue is recorded, and 60% is transferred to you after each harvest cycle. Full financial statements provided.
Is this Shariah compliant?+
Fully Shariah compliant. The investment is based on real asset ownership (land), actual agricultural production, and transparent profit sharing. Not interest, not speculation. All products are Halal certified.

How far is the project from Lahore?+
60 to 65 km via Ferozpur Road, approximately 45 to 50 minutes drive. Three highway routes available: Ferozpur Road, Raiwind Bypass, and GT Road.
What are the business hours?+
